Good design is not synonymous with complex design. We enjoy the beauty and simplicity of efficient machinery and will work with you to get the best from your equipment. We will review any mechanism and suggest holistic or precision improvements. We will then design, manufacture and install any necessary custom components resulting in improved efficiency and machine performance.

BESPOKE ENGINEERING COMPONENTS
We custom-make, bespoke components so that you get exactly the result you want. Some clients approach us with identified issues, others ask us to review a process and recommend improvements. Bespoke components are designed and manufactured with the primary functions: suitability, reliability and durability.

CONSUMABLES / KANBAN
In addition to in-house manufactured mechanical consumables we also have an extensive network of branded product suppliers. This allows us to offer KANBAN delivery of components to our customers; we will monitor stock levels, ensuring you never run out of essential components.
Consumables can be ordered as a one-off project or we can set up a regular order for you to complement your maintenance schedule. In the event of a component failure then replacement parts are just a phone call away. We always do our utmost to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
